A supported way to move through separation, without doing it alone

Separation can feel isolating, even when people are around you. Many women hold everything together quietly while feeling unsure and unseen. This option combines the full eight-week course with online facilitated group support, so you have structure, guidance, and connection alongside the material. You move at a steady pace. You are supported, not pushed.

Who this option is for

This option is right for you if you want support alongside others.

You may feel isolated or uncertain in your decisions.

You may value reassurance, shared understanding, and guidance as you navigate change.

Connection here is respectful, optional, and contained.

Listening is as valid as speaking.

What this programme supports

Separation affects emotions, confidence, and everyday decisions at the same time.

This programme supports all of these, together.

You are supported to:

• steady emotional overwhelm through grounding practices

• reduce confusion around practical decisions

• support your children with more calm and confidence

• feel less alone in the process

• build clarity about what comes next

Support focuses on steadiness and clarity, not fixing or rushing.

How the programme works

This is an eight-week programme with group support woven through the course.

You receive:

• Full access to the eight-week course content, so you can engage with the material in your own time

• Weekly online group support calls held over the eight weeks. Each 2-hour session is facilitated by Jess and offers steady guidance, shared reflection, and space to integrate the course content

• A calm, respectful group space designed to support reflection and understanding without pressure

Participation is always by choice.

There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.

Course modules

You move through the same four modules as the self-guided course, with group support layered in to help you reflect, integrate, and feel less alone.

Reclaiming Strength Through Separation

Self-Guided Course + Online Group Support

The group space provides reassurance and shared understanding as you begin to find your footing.

Module 2

Navigating the Practicalities of Separation

This module brings clarity to the practical realities of separation, with a focus on the decisions mothers often carry while supporting their children.

The group space provides perspective and normalisation, helping reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue.

Module 3

Supporting Children Through Separation

This module focuses on supporting children through separation while you navigate your own emotional and practical changes as a mother.

Topics include children’s emotional needs, communication, routines, and co-parenting with care.

The group space provides reflection and shared insight as you navigate parenting through change.

Module 4

Life by Design

This module supports you to begin shaping what comes next, beyond the immediate demands of separation.

Topics include values, identity, future planning, and creating rhythms that support your wellbeing and family life.

The group space provides a steady container for reflection as you look ahead.

Timing and availability

The next group-supported programme is planned to begin in early 2026.

Group support will be added when the next intake begins.

If you would like to be notified when dates are confirmed, you can stay in the loop and receive updates directly.

Prefer to move privately?

If group support feels like too much right now, the self-guided course offers the same structure and content, without group participation. You can still receive steady guidance and move at your own pace.
